I’m looking to get the vizio e3d420vx and the panasonic bdt210. will i be able to watch 3d movies without glitches? the vizio is passive (passive glasses) and the panasonic hdtv’s are active from what i know. i want to get the panasonic as it’s supposedly one of the best on the market.

Is there a version available that doesnt require a special 3d tv, so that the image displayed just looks weird unless your wearing the non-battery powered 3d glasses, like the ones from the movies? I have some of the 3d glasses from going to 3d movies so that would work perfect. So far ive only seen 3d avatar available for the panasonic 3d tvs.

Panasonic 3D TV and Panasonic 3d Blu-Ray hooked thru a Onkyo TX-NR3008. Works sometimes but often when I start a 3D movie I get a message that says my TV does not support 3D.

I just bought a Panasonic plasma TV this year. Is there any chance that I will be able to take advantage of any manufacturers upcoming 3d Blu-Ray players using my existing set, or will I have to dish out more money for a new TV when the technology becomes more prominent?

George Lucas has talked about remasting the original movies into 3D, so I wonder if he’ll release the TV Series on the new upincoming 3D Blu-ray format that panasonic is developing? I heard the format might be out be 2010, and I want to know if George will use it or not.
