I want to play 3D and blu ray movies on my computer, please tell me what is difference between them?
My PC specifications are as below :
AMD Althon X2 250 3.0Ghz processor
500 GB HD
4 GB Ram
1 GB ATI Radeon HD 5670 Graphic card with DIrect 11.0X
Samsung Full HD1080p monitor B2230 22"
Windows 7 OS
IF I download blu ray movie from internet can i play directly on my computer or not?
If not then what I will require further more and how to play movie downloaded from internet i.e. blu ray movie?

Why do we need a 3D TV to watch 3D?

I have 3D movies for my regular TV and DVD player. They obviously work. Why do we need a new 3D TV to do something a regular HDTV can do?? Why a new Blu-Ray player? Can Blu-Ray play 3D Blu-ray movies? It’s not like the TV is projecting any video onto a table, it’s only showing dual images.

How much better than Blu-ray can the picture quality become?

I wonder what the benefits of future video formats for the viewer would be. How much better than Blu-ray can the picture become? Would we even be able to see the difference with the naked eye? Usually I can’t spot any flaws, like visible pixels, in Blu-ray movies. Maybe a higher resolution can become relevant when larger TV screens become more affordable and common?
Will 3D eventually replace the conventional movies or will 3D remain just an alternative?

Does your movies have to be in Blu-ray or Blu-ray 3D format in order to watch them in 3D?

Ok let me specify a little more. I know you have to have the 3D HDTV or whatever but I’d read where you can watch your basic Blu-ray movies in 3D on these new 3D HDTVs. However, I saw where Disney has come out with their Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray/DVD combo packs but I haven’t been seeing any other companies come out with the Blu-ray 3D format. Disney is the only one that I know of who has done this. So do you absolutely have to get the Blu-ray 3D in order to watch your movies in 3D or will the basic Blu-ray format work in 3D?

Singing the blu Ray blus? DVD’s as we understand them will be departing the way of VHS & Beta Tapes & 8 tracks. taking the world by storm are the blu Ray ‘discs’ or, properly read, Blu Ray discs.
In the home entertainment business, crystal clear pictures and crisp sound , is the ensign of distinction . And certainly blu ray recorders, blu ray movies and blu ray dvds are at the head of the industry~ entertainment industry ~ electronics industry ~ home electronics industry } .
As you would expect , Blu Ray technology has matured enough that the price tags have started to drop on everything from the players to the discs. One of the best evidence of this fact is Sony lowering its price on the Wii from $250 to just under $200 in the last 6 months. Talk about multi-tasking ! You get gaming capabilities and exercise along with sports, but STOP ! But wait!. There’s more! You can watch your favorite blu ray movie, as you put your feet up from all that activity!
If all those extras mean nonthing to you, it gets even better ! You can now purchase some of the best blu ray recorders for under $100. Yes, you got it , best blu ray recorders for under $100!
Perusing my favorite ‘big box’ store the other day, I found Phillips, LG, & GE blu ray players for well under $100. And for just a little more than $100, I eye-balled a Sony! Oh, sure you can spend much more than that on blu ray. Arguably , you would expect longetivity , distinction , and perhaps a bit more in visual acuity, but honestly. Really! My techno geek buddies tell me that next to arrive on the horizon are compact blu ray discs and just a little later on the agenda are downloadable, blu ray movie saved on memory cards!
Don’t delay , buy blu ray movies and enjoy the best blu ray for a modest price as the electronics industry prepares us for the next level of awesomeness in home entertainment! Forget singing the blus and get the popcorn popping!

I have a 3d tv and a 3d blu ray player. How can i know which movies can be played in 3 d when i go to the vid store? Is it written on the movie? Can i play all blu ray movies in 3d? Thanks
